What We Offer
Structure-based docking studies using AutoDock, AutoDock Vina, and related platforms. We handle receptor and ligand preparation, binding site identification, docking parameter optimisation, and post-docking analysis including binding pose visualisation and interaction profiling.
MD simulations to study protein-ligand stability, conformational changes, binding free energy estimation, and dynamic interactions over time. We run and analyse trajectories using GROMACS and provide full trajectory analysis and scientific interpretation.
Hit identification and lead optimisation through virtual screening of compound libraries, pharmacophore modelling, ADMET property prediction, and structure-activity relationship analysis. We help researchers prioritise compounds before costly experimental validation.
